When you hire OdooHosting we`ll assign you a Rancher project. Within each project you can create as many instances (namespaces) as you need. In each instance, the containers that run the application are raised, such as Odoo, Postgres, etc.

Yes, you can have more than one project, in case you have a client who wants to manage parameters of their Odoo instances, you can hire a new project and give your client control over it. For us, you will be the owner of the project, we will support you and you will support your client.

That is at your discretion. The more custom configuration you want to have in your environments, the higher level of Rancher and Kubernetes knowledge you need. We provide manuals for basic and advanced management.

You can hire a pack of administration hours for consultations and advice to implement, manage your projects or help you with training and migration.

At the cluster level: Communications between projects are restricted, the only external connections allowed are through port 80 and 443, the cluster is isolated from the public network. If you install an OdooHosting application, the only input port is 80 and 443, you will have to define an SSL certificate to secure that connection. The passwords of your OdooHosting application are encrypted. Any modification you make to the configuration (at any point in your project) makes you responsible for ensuring that it remains secure.

Backups are made periodically on a third data center, thus ensuring its availability. The frequency of backups and copies depends on the type of storage you have hired.

Our maximum communication time is 4 hours from receipt of the incident, 24/7 support for critical incidents. The resolution time will depend on the incident.

The demos are provided so you can stress test the Odoo instances in our system. We believe that the best way to show the capabilities of our infraestructure is letting you use it.

The demos are free access and public. In each demo we have assigned the indicated resources and have instantiated odoo environments. You can access them through the url and, with the masterpassword, create your databases to perform performance tests. The instances are reset every 15 minutes. This is a public environment for you to do performance testing, please do not upload sensitive data.

The GB of disk are for the Postgres database, the Odoo Filestore, and everything else you want to have on disk. Project configuration and management files, instances and containers, and the base OS do not consume space
